Everest Builders was established in 1968, and was purchased by Mark & Karen Geier in 1984. At that time, the styles of homes Everest built were basically simple rectangle ranches; today the homes built range from simple ranch homes to luxurious legacy estates. As the Premier Builder in the Northwoods, Everest has built over 1,000 homes.
Over the past twenty-eight years, Everest Builders continuously changed its model homes. There have been eight different model homes; and major renovations to two of the popular floor plans.
From the past to the present and into the future, some things will always remain the same. Everest has always been an eco-friendly builder. They were a ‘Green’ Builder before the term was recognized in the building industry. Every home will continue to be built energy efficient. Everest Builder’s favorable reputation will continue to be earned through Quality, Service, and Integrity.
