Company History
Everest Builders was
established in Minocqua, Wisconsin in 1968 by Marv Schuette. Marv was
a pioneer in the construction industry with the manufacturing of homes
in a controlled environment. Mark and Karen Geier purchased the
construction company in 1984. In 2009, the Geier's celebrated the
25th Anniversary of Everest Builders Of Minocqua. Over the past twenty-five
years, they have earned sales awards every year.
Everest Custom Homes is a general contractor
offering complete turn-key packages from start to finish. The Everest team prides itself
in their ability to offer the following construction methods to their
homebuyers.
- Modular Homes
Everest Builders offers a complete line of MODULAR Homes. Modular Homes are built in an indoor, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The vast majority of the home is built at the manufacturing plant then delivered and set on your foundation. There are many floor plans available, which may be customized to meet your needs.
- Component Construction
Everest Custom Homes offers numerous pre-designed floor plans for their component line of homes. With component type construction your new home is built in a controlled environment then framed at your home site. You may customize one of our floor plans, or provide your own.
- Log Homes
Everest Builders of Minocqua also offers log home construction. With our diversified product line we have the ability to combine component and log construction. This innovative method makes log homes affordable. Ask about it.

stick built construction; which expands our ability to offer a greater
